Here’s what to do if you made the wrong hire

Growing your team is a complicated process. There’s no surefire way to guarantee a new hire will seamlessly transition into a successful employee, no matter how involved your interview process is. A number of factors can contribute to an individual not meeting expectations. But in fast-moving companies, when a new employee isn’t meeting expectations, leaders have two options: commit to a training program to correct course or let them go.
